Did you know babies are born without fully formed tear ducts? They can cry and scream but not shed tears. I didn't know this before Charlotte was born. It makes it a bit easier to let her cry it out.

This week she shed her first tears. And made me shed some too. "No, don't cry!" I said as I hugged my baby girl.
