I started to journal again last month and am finding it a good way to look at my sanity, my patience, and my frustrations. It’s easy for me to forget what set me off. It’s easy to forget what I was thinking when on vacation, and my mind was more at peace.
When I look in my journal, I see my mind frozen in time. I can see what I need to work on, what I need to cherish more, what I need to return my mind to.
