For the last two months I've been journaling as my last post encouraged. Why haven't I posted here? I was about to after my grandmother passed away Thanksgiving week but got distracted by better news.

On the 17th of December we found out that we were pregnant! We weren't even done with shopping yet and had our entire week leading up to Christmas derailed. But that is life, right?

Our first child will be coming August 15th and we cannot be more excited. Unfortunately, this made me fall behind on social media, tech support for Ashes, email and everything else.

In the coming weeks I may post a couple excerpts from my journal of the past couple months, along with pictures of our baby, and more. This is a great time in our lives and we are super excited to be first-time parents.
